ONLINE HEALTH SEEKER REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

Dear Health Seeker(s),
Welcome to the Online Health Seeker Registration Portal of Yog-Naturopathy-Panchkarma Treatment & Research Centre (Yog Gram). Here you can submit Online Registration Form for admission to take accommodation to various cottage.
The following steps outline the process of submitting an Online Registration Form:-

Step-1

Fill Online Application Form => Submit.
(Health seeker with critical diseases like Cardiac, Kidney, Liver diseases and cancer etc must upload their latest relevant medical reports.)

Step-2

Wait for Treatment approval. Approval message with Username & Password will sent to you via SMS or E-Mail within 48 Hours.

Step-3

After getting your Username & Password visit Online Booking Portal again processed with Login.

Step-4

Firstly Update the Health-Seeker(s) Profile.

Step-5

Chose accommodation for each health seeker Individual or sharing basis with according to availability.

Step-6

After saving the accommodation, processed for payment option:-

(A) Online Payment		(B) Offline Payment
Step-7	Do Online Payment.	Step-7	Generate Bank-Voucher and Print.
Step-8	After successfully submit the payment, you will get booking confirmation via SMS or E-mail within few minutes.	Step-8	Deposit payment in bank within 48 hours.
		Step-9	After depositing payment in the bank, again processed with Login fill the payment voucher details.
		Step-10	You will get booking confirmation Via SMS or E-mail within 48 Hours.
